Obtain Visa for Studying Abroad

Students receiving a scholarship, please receive instructions from the Liaison Center for International Education Administration office. -
Submission of International Student Card Registration
Register student information with the Liaison Center for International Education Administration office. -
Copy of Passport
Make a copy of your passport and submit it to the Liaison Center for International Education Administration office. -
International Student Orientation
Especially newly arriving international students please make certain to attend the orientation.
You will be informed of the date and time of the orientation upon your arrival in Japan. -
Acquisition of Personal Identification Card
International student identification cards can be received from the student affairs department. -
Greeting Supervisors
Please make certain to promptly meet your supervisors. -
Meeting with Tutors
